Easy booking and check-in process. About 35-40 min walk from Haram. Large prayer room and a very active communal lounge. The tea being constantly served is a very nice touch. The only down side (which may be out of their hands) is the shuttle service to kudai. Best avoid it. Wouldn’t mind if it was to Ajyad St station

The service given by the 2nd floor staff was teribble. When asked for shampoo, soap, sugar or water never send to the room need to asked for many times and it will only send after few days. However, the service guys on the 1st floor was very good. Bus service terrible at times we have to seek next door neighbour hotel bus to take us to the Grand mosque. The force us to shift room but did not give us ample time to pack our things and insist my us to move before one of our roomate back from Grand mosque. We come to Mecca for prayers not to stay in hotel. I will definately not recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed at Riqz Palace Hotel in Makkah for 5 days. Overall, the experience was okay — rooms were in decent condition and matched the rating standard, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The main concern was parking. It should ideally be included with the booking, but we were asked to pay separately on arrival, which was disappointing. For a place like Makkah where parking convenience matters a lot, this makes a big difference. Staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean and comfortable. However, with a few upgrades in maintenance and better value-added services (like including parking), it could easily be a much better stay.

All good, The staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request to change rooms, and even returned some valuable items I left behind.
